Reimagining Inclusive Leadership
Inclusion Theatre harnesses the power of professional actors and live theatre to immerse participants in dynamic, real-life scenarios that give a unique perspective. Witness the unfolding of human stories through interactive storylines that reveal both overt and subtle forms of exclusion in the modern workplace.
Designed and run collaboratively by CareerVision, Kennedy Insights and Theatre at Work, Inclusion Theatre provokes reflection and introspection, facilitating profound personal growth and organisational transformation.
We believe that every oragnisation has the potential to cultivate a diverse and inclusive culture that champions its people to grow successfully. The programme was researched and developed using our combined expertise in culture, diversity and experiential theatre-based learning.
Disrupt – Traditional DEI initiatives often fall short in creating lasting change, and can provoke defensive reaction, leading to an ‘us vs them’ mentality. Inclusion Theatre breaks the mould by providing an immersive environment that resonates emotionally with leaders. It provides a safe space for leaders to explore their emotional reactions to DEI challenges and connect with DEI on a personal level and inspire genuine introspection.
Highlight – Inclusion Theatre illuminates the barriers and biases that individuals from all genders and backgrounds face in their daily lives. Through dynamic, live simulations, it brings to light the subtle and overt forms of exclusion that persist in modern workplaces, encouraging participants to confront and understand these issues in a tangible way.
Provoke – By immersing participants in scenarios that mirror real-life exclusionary experiences, Inclusion Theatre ignites a process of inner reflection. It creates a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can deeply contemplate their own biases, listen to diverse perspectives, and engage in meaningful dialogue with others.
Inspire – Our ultimate aim is to drive a transformative shift in mindset, empowering leaders to cultivate inclusive environments that truly value and integrate diverse strengths and viewpoints. Inclusion Theatre seeks to inspire a commitment to building workplaces where every individual’s voice is heard, and their unique contributions are embraced.
