Inclusion Theatre Aims

Disrupt – Traditional DEI initiatives often fall short in creating lasting change, and can provoke defensive reaction, leading to an ‘us vs them’ mentality. Inclusion Theatre breaks the mould by providing an immersive environment that resonates emotionally with leaders. It provides a safe space for leaders to explore their emotional reactions to DEI challenges and connect with DEI on a personal level and inspire genuine introspection.

Highlight – Inclusion Theatre illuminates the barriers and biases that individuals from all genders and backgrounds face in their daily lives. Through dynamic, live simulations, it brings to light the subtle and overt forms of exclusion that persist in modern workplaces, encouraging participants to confront and understand these issues in a tangible way.
